Program terms
- This is not a commitment to lend. All loans are subject to credit approval, property eligibility, and program guidelines, which may change without notice.
- The initial eligibility check uses a soft credit inquiry that does not affect your credit score. A hard inquiry may be required to complete an application.
- HELOC rates are variable and can increase or decrease. Payments may increase, including when the repayment period begins.
- Maximum line amounts, combined loan-to-value limits, and valuation requirements depend on credit, occupancy, property type, and state.
- Texas home equity loans and lines secured by a homestead are subject to Section 50, Article XVI of the Texas Constitution.
- Your home secures a HELOC. Failure to repay could result in the loss of your home.
- Consult a tax advisor regarding the deductibility of interest.
