Can You Get a HELOC on an Investment Property?

Yes. Eligible investment properties may qualify for a HELOC through MyExpressHELOC™.

The minimum FICO score for investment properties is 680. Approval depends on the property, credit profile, equity, occupancy type, and program guidelines.

This is not a DSCR HELOC. However, qualifying investment properties may still be eligible under the available program guidelines.
